Brooklyn. Ce tableau est une représentation de la ville, son âme.
C’est un tableau qui surprend car il est en contradiction avec une conception nouvelle de la ville où certains veulent veut bannir les voitures et les camions des villes. C’est un sujet polémique, que je laisse aux lanceurs de débats.
Mais c’est avant tout un tableau sur la beauté que l’on peut trouver en toutes choses : ici des pneus alignés au soleil dans un garage.
Je trouve ces lignes et ces formes à la fois élégantes et sensuelles. Les jantes de ces véhicules modernes me font penser à des dentelles. La lumière qui se reflète sur leurs courbes, les couleurs de la ville et du ciel qui se reflètent sur les chromes des jantes participent à cette sensualité urbaine et moderne.
Le tableau est prêt à accrocher au mur, il est protégé par un vernis acrylique brillant qui fait ressortir l’intensité des couleurs, les cotés sont peints en bleu (changement possible).
Il est daté, signé et délivré avec un certificat d’authenticité et une facture.

This painting is a representation of the city, its soul.
It is a painting that surprises because it contradicts a new concept of the city where some people want to ban cars and trucks from urban areas. This is a controversial topic, which I leave to the debaters.
But above all, it is a painting about the beauty that can be found in all things: here, tires aligned in the sun in a garage.
I find these lines and shapes both elegant and sensual. The rims of these modern vehicles remind me of lace. The light reflecting off their curves, the colors of the city and the sky reflected on the chrome of the rims, all contribute to this urban and modern sensuality.
